hi, I’m Ryhean, and I’ve dedicated the past 12 years to helping people transform their health and fitness through personal training. My athletic background in football, baseball, and track taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of pushing past limits—all values I bring to every training session. Beyond fitness, my purpose is to leave a lasting impact on the world by serving others, promoting health, and building meaningful connections.

Family, friendship, and overall well-being are at the core of who I am, and I strive to bring that same energy and support to every client I work with.
